The Administration Block
The school's administrative block is to be rebuilt at a budgeted cost of ₦30 million. The quantity survey, costing ₦250,000, has been completed and paid for, and the take-off fund stood at ₦3,575,286.27 in July 2025.
How to give
Bank details for the Administration Block fund are issued by the Financial Secretary and will be published here once confirmed by EXCO. Use your set as the payment reference — for example Admin Block – 1994 Set.
Receipts are issued by the Financial Secretary for every payment and donation.

Who can join EGSOSA?
Anyone who attended Edokpolo Grammar School for at least one academic session (Constitution, Article 3). You do not need to have completed your schooling there.
What does membership cost?
Registration is ₦1,000, paid once, and dues are ₦500 a month. The Financial Secretary issues a receipt for every payment and donation.
How do I register?
Through the form on this page once online registration opens. Until then, register through your set head or the General Secretary on the EGSOSA platform.
When does the association meet?
The general meeting holds on the last Saturday of every month at 2:00 pm, physically in Benin City and virtually for members elsewhere.
How does my set's page get filled in?
Set heads send the set list, executives and photos through the contact section below, and the Secretariat publishes them. Names only: phone numbers and e-mail addresses are never published on this site.
